Position: Senior Material Controller

JVACEE is Looking for the Following Candidates to fill the below position :-

2- SENIOR MATERIAL CONTROLLER – 3 POST.  

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree of Commercial, Procurement and Supplies Management, Materials Management.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

•  Age Limit Not more than 32 years old.

KEY DUTIES

• Responsible for the interface between the IPT/IWT (Integrated Project/Working Team), Planning Function, Material Suppliers/Sources and Material Delivery.

• Providing support to the Principal Material Controllers for specific areas.

• Promote and comply with Company SHE, security, mandatory training and business requirements.

• Ensuring that material issues are resolved in a timely manner, kept up to date or escalating where appropriate.

• Prepare and collate data, to support departmental reports.

• Receive and book goods in to correct locations in an accurate and timely manner, liaising with intercompany and planning teams for any discrepancies or quality issues.

• Deal with any stock discrepancies or quality issues efficiently.

•  Maintain knowledge of products and processes involved in the day to day delivery of goods.

• Support and suggest the effective management of inward & outward flow of inventory.

• Use ERP System supply chain module.
