JOB DESCRIPTION
DigiTronics deals with sales of electronic gadgets, accessories and installation of smart appliances at home or workplace.
We currently looking for a self motivated salesperson to be stationed in one of our outlets in Mikocheni – Dar.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Â Â Â Sale store items
- Â Â Help customers find items in the store.
- Â Â Check for stock at other branches or order requested stock for customers.
- Â Â Provide customers with information about items.
- Â Â Elevate complaints to management.
- Â Â Keep track of inventory.
-    Represent our brand in a professional, successful manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer experience
QUALIFICATION
- Â Â Â Form IV
- Â Â Â Computer short course
SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills
- Â Â Customer care
- Â Â Electronics & gadgets knowledge
- Â Â Fast learner
