Job Purpose:

Main Responsibilities:
- Â Â Coordinate brand objectives/deliverables with creative, and media advertising units.
- Â Â Ensure brand consistency and adherence to branding guideline standards in terms of layout and quality of materials and execution including the branch look and feel
- Â Â Create, maintain, and enhance good relationships with all brand related suppliers.
- Â Â Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the bank and brand positioning; this includes keeping up to date all communications in the branches to ensure alignment to planned/approved communications.
- Â Take a lead in supporting and coordinating branch-branding projects with liaison to PMO and Procurement.
- Â Â Work with procurement to source branding and advertising materials that are of NMB's standards.
- Â Ensure end-to-end timely delivery and proper execution of all brand/product campaigns and below the line materials in the branches and the market.
- Â Follow up with Procurement and Finance to ensure all brand vendor LPO's are released on time and payments effected on time.
- Â Assist to plan and schedule NMB's events and sponsorships for the year
- Â Â Ensure branding at NMB's sponsored promotions and events is executed to the highest possible standards to achieve maximum exposure.
- Â Recommend to supervisor's approval or denial for specific events and sponsorships
- Â Provide assistance to support internal events.
- Â Attend events to facilitate operations and ensure all aspects of events are implemented and managed in accordance with the banks standards.
- Â Compile materials required for event program; maintain mailing lists for distribution of updated monthly event calendar or other pertinent information.
- Â Consolidate and track all brand, events, sponsorship and promotional budget, alert Brand, events and sponsorship manager when budget is depleted.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Â Â Â Brand knowledge and a good overall understanding of basic Marketing principles.
- Excellent computer skills
- Â Excellent interpersonal skills
- Â In-depth commercial / contextual understanding
- Â Â Ability to take initiative and attitude for quick learning
- Â Strong attention to details and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Â Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Should have strong networking and problem-solving skills
- Â Excellent change management skills
Qualifications and Experience:
- Â Â Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or any other related field
- Â Â 3 years' experience in marketing, Brand and events management or any similar role.
