Transsnet Music Tanzania Ltd Is looking for a candidate to fill in the position of Digital and Sales Manager.
Digital & Sales Manager Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for digital ad sales, meet and strive to exceed sales quotas.
2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers, ad agencies, major partners in order to drive sales growth, and explore innovative channel business models to build long-term channel advantages.
3. Follow and identify key industry trends and make corresponding adjustments to advertising development strategies.
Recommended:
Digital & Sales Manager Qualifications
1. 3+ years of previous experience in ad agency, DSP or related field.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build consensus;
3. Ability to work independently and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high stress/fast paced work environment.
4. Worked in Digital ad agencies/ companies will be an added advantage.
