BNBM Building Materials Industry (T) Limited (hereinafter referred to as BNBM TANZANIA) was established in 2018, is a branch of Beijing New Building Materials Public limited Company (hereinafter referred to as BNBM). BNBM is established in 1979, and listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange (000786.SZ) in 1997. BNBM TANZANIA is dealing with the business of manufacturing of Gypsum and Gypsum Plaster.
We are looking for highly dedicated and experienced sales officer to join our team. The sales officer will be responsible for expanding our business further including prioritizing customers and understanding new potentials..
Job description;
1) Meeting planned sales goals including setting individual sales targets with the sales team and Keep up to date on all sold products.
2) Attending training of your salespeople.
3) Developing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
4) Promoting our industry by informing existing customers of our products and promotions.
5) Pitch products and initiate sales with potential customers over the phone through ask engaging questions customers to keep conversations going.
6) Listen to the customers’ needs and inform them of relevant products including answer customer questions regarding products.
7) Create lasting relationships with customers and use them to generate repeat sales
8) Gather and document customer information, payment methods and purchases
9) Answer customer questions regarding products.

Qualification;
ï‚· Strong communication skills
ï‚· University graduate in any course.
ï‚· Must have 3years and above experience in selling building materials.
