The Warehouse Supervisor will co-ordinate the incoming goods and storage of goods within the warehouse
Reporting to; Branch Logistics Manager
Location: Zanzibar, Tanzania

Warehouse Supervisor Key Responsibilities
- Â Â Coordinate weekly stock take in the main warehouses.
-   You Supervise and compile agents’ daily and monthly reconciliation reports.
- Â Â Ensure order during trucks stock loading and unloading
- Â Â Â Supervise goods receipt and issuance process as per the SOPs
- Â Â Organize storage of products within the respective main warehouses by ensuring FIFO
- Â Â Â Supervise inventory handling across all the storage processes in order to eliminate stock pilferage and damages.
- Â Â Ensure good hygiene practices within the storage facility / house-keeping
- Â Â Â Ensure accuracy in issuance and replenishment of products to agents as indicated in their Delivery Notebooks
- Â Â Â Ensure Suppliers deliver quantities corresponding to POs and act on any discrepancies.
- Â Â Â Ensure all Invoices are confirmed into the Web system as soon as goods are received.
-    Carry out daily agents’ role calls and confirm system stock transfers to all agents who have reported to work as reported by the porters.
- Â Â Â Any other duties as may be assigned to them by the Branch Warehouse Manager
Requirements:
- Â Â Â Degree or diploma in supply chain management or related field.
- Â Â Â Must have a minimum working experience of 2 years in a warehouse in a busy FMCG setup
- Â Â Computer literacy MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint e.t.c,
- Â Â Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
