Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities
- Providing Market Reports on the various brands we want to take distribution on in Tanzania – including (A) competitor report (B) forecast on sales (C) Information on key clients and (D) suggestions for items and brands that can work well in the market.
- Liaising with the Brand Holders/Manufacturers
- Supporting the Director on the broader country and regional strategy.
- Providing sales reports/information as needed.
- Generate end of month reports
Requirements

- Well spoken with strong English speaking skills
- Well organized with excellent attention to detail and works well under pressure
- A strong, pro-active team worker
- Flexible, discrete and enthusiastic
- Strong interest in career development.
Business Development Manager Desirable Skills:
- Previous business development experience in a wholesaler an advantage.
- Excellent PC Skills including MS Office, Excel (intermediate to advanced). Experience of inventory management software is preferable but not essential.
- High level of numeracy and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Capable of managing own workload and confident in liaising at all levels in the business.
Business Development Manager Position Details
- Full time Role (Mon-Fri, hours TBC but 37.5 hours per week)
- Position available for immediate start
- Holiday allowance – 28 days (including Bank Holidays)
