Customer Service Job Responsibilities
- Â Â Manage Large amounts of incoming phones calls.
- Â Â Generate sales leads.
- Â Â Build suitable relation and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Â Â Â Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution.
- Â Â Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents
- Â Â Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies.
- Â Â Â Take the extra mile to engage customer.
Knowledge and Experience
-    Bachelor’s degree in business Administration, or related field
- Â Â Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Â Â Strong phone contract handling skills and actives listening
- Â Â Familiarity with CRM system and practices
- Â Â Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters
- Â Â Â Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Â Â Ability to multi-task prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Â Â Age not more than 35 years old
-   2-3 years’ experience with Contractions Company
