Personal Assistant Responsibility
Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and ensure smooth management of day to day affairs, and most effective use of his/ her time. Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner and take initiatives as appropriate in CEO’s absence.
Personal Assistant Main Tasks
-   To manage CEO’s electronic diary and manage his calendar appointments accordingly
-    To manage CEO’s travel arrangements for Business and personal activities.
- Â Â Â Ensure all incoming correspondences are dealt with by the CEO or other staff as appropriate.
-   Maintain records of CEO’s contact, data management and filling
- Â Â Â Screen calls, inquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.
- Â Â Organize meetings and ensure the CEO is well prepared for those meetings, prepare meeting agendas, pre-meeting briefings, meeting papers and minutes preparation.
- Â Â Â Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, presentations for the CEO and proof read all incoming & outgoing documents.
-   Prepare CEO’s travel expenditure sheet and Per Diem retirements.
Education/Experience
- Â Â Â Bachelor Degree in Customer relation, Business administration or any related field.
- Â Â Â Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, Very good knowledge and comfort dealing visitors from diverse societies
- Â Â Very good analytical & reporting skills
- Â Â Â Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Â Â Proficient with Microsoft applications
- Â Â Â At least I (one) year experience in the position
