Position: Loan Officer
Reporting to: Branch/Business Centre Manager

Loan Officer Responsibility
To build and maintain a high quality loan portfolio which involves identifying clients, implementing and managing a credit program within a designated operation area of VisionFund Tanzania Microfinance Bank Ltd (VFT MFB) and in accordance to the set policy and procedures.
Loan Officer Main Tasks
- Â Â Does client recruitment and orientation to VisionFund Tanzania Microfinance Bank Ltd (VFT MFB) loan products and services.
- Â Â Process loan applications and do follow up on loan repayments.
- Â Â Â Provide quality and good customer service to clients this include business counselling.

Education/Experience
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Business administration and Community Development.
Loan Officer Special / Personal Abilities

- Â Â Â Good negotiation skills and highly determined to accomplish tasks.
- Â Â Good Oral and written communication skills.
- Â Â Â Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Â Â Â Model and demonstrates effective Christian leadership
- Â Â Motor cycle driving license
