The Local Government Training Institute (LGTI) is a higher learning Institution under thebPresident’s Office, Regional Administration and Local Government (PORALG). Local Government Training Institute (LGTI) was established by the Act of Parliament No. 26 of 1994, as a body corporate, to provide training, research, advisory and consultancy services in the fields of Local Government Finance, Administration and Management. As such, Local Government Training Institute (LGTI) falls under the subject sector of Business and Management.

The Institute of Accountancy Arusha (IAA) is a parastatal academic institution offering Undergraduate and Postgraduate training programmes. Institute of Accountancy Arusha (IAA) is established by the Institute of Accountancy Arusha (IAA) Act No.1 of 1990 and is located at Njiro Hill, seven kilometers Southern-East of Arusha City. Institute of Accountancy Arusha (IAA) has over time developed a total number of thirty seven academic programmes from Basic Technician Certificate, Ordinary Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post graduate Diploma and Master’s Degree.
