If you are a graduate of Mason, you were given a six-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) that you used as a password.

If you remember this PIN, you can use it at password.gmu.edu along with your G number to activate your account and get your NetID and Patriot Pass Password by selecting Activate Account.

If you have forgotten your PIN, contact the ITS Support Center and a representative will help you establish a new claim code that you can use to get your NetID and Patriot Pass Password.
