RESPONSIBILITIES : Ajira Mpya Cool Blue Tanzania 2022
- Â Â Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth
-   Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Â Â Managing a Large number of Calls and E-mails
- Â Â Generate Sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary
- Â Â Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused on that mission
- Â Â Develop service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Â Â Keeping records of customers interactions and details of the actions taken,
- Â Â Analyzing statistics, and compiling accurate reports
- Â Â Â Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Â Â Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Â Â Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Â Â Adhere to and manage the approved budget
- Â Â Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.

JOB REQUIREMENT
-   Bachelor’s Degree and Above
- Â Â 4 years of Working Experience at the managerial level
- Â Â Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager, or Assistant Manager
- Â Â Experience in providing customer service support
- Â Â Â Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Â Â Â Strong client-facing and communication skills.
