- Â Â Answering calls, taking messages & handling correspondences.
- Â Â Maintaining Diaries & arranging appointment.
- Â Â Typing and preparing reports
- Â Â Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
-   Coordinating mail – shots and similar publicity tasks.
- Â Â Acting as receptionist and /or meeting and greetings clients.
- Â Â Prepare and send bills & invoices.
- Â Â Managing telephone calls; supplying and getting data directly talking to a suitable person.
- Â Â Process daily sales report.
- Â Â Flexible to perform any other duties as you may be assigned by a responsible person.
