NCCU’s password management system provides a self-service avenue for students, faculty, and staff to unlock or reset their NCCU accounts.
- Navigate to password.nccu.edu.
- Enter your full NCCU email address.
- Enter the characters in the picture or select the audio and listen to words to enter. Click Next.

To begin, you will need to enter your Banner ID, Banner PIN, and last name. This information can be found on your NCCU Admissions Letter. Steps for obtaining/looking up your NCCU EOL username for current students (doesn’t work if inactive).
- Go to https://myeol.nccu.edu.
- Click “Login to myEOL”.
- Choose “Create Account” below the username and password fields.
- Enter Banner Number for “Banner ID”, Their Banner PIN (same as Banner SSB) and last name. Then click “Verify my Information”.

All NCCU students will have an email account powered by Google Apps. Your email address will be your username and @eagles.nccu.edu. Because your email is powered by the Google Apps Suite you also have access to web-based word processing and spreadsheet applications, sharable calendars, chat, and more.
You will use your NCCU username and password to log into Google’s web-based applications through NCCU EOL or by directly typing in the link below. You will use a separate Google password to access Google services that you are syncing with a device and Google Chat.
